Do you want to be the person who changes people’s lives for the better? Enhancing lives, achieving dreams, and promoting independence are just a few of your job duties as a Service Coordinator. As a single point of entry into services you will help individuals with disabilities and their families gain access to needed medical, social, educational, and other community resources. Qualified applicants will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school. Strong documentation, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills required. Important Changes to Enhance Our Service Coordination Program Effective November 1, 2025
The Franklin County SB40 Resource Board is excited to announce organizational enhancements within its Service Coordination program to improve the quality of our services. This strategic initiative will strengthen our person-centered case management and streamline internal processes to better serve eligible individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Franklin County, regardless of their Medicaid status.
Diane White, our dedicated Service Coordination Director, will be transitioning to the new specialized role of Case Management Benefits Coordinator. For years, Diane’s hands-on leadership has been instrumental in the success of our Service Coordination program. Diane will leverage her passion and extensive experience to assist individuals without Medicaid coverage access vital resources for their well-being and quality of life.
Katie Richarz is being promoted to Director of Service Coordination. Katie has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication and will oversee all Service Coordination supervisory and programming operations for our individuals with Medicaid coverage.
Jessica Martinez will be moving into the role of Assistant Director of Service Coordination. Her profound knowledge and significant contributions have been invaluable to the Service Coordination team.
Their leadership, combined with Anna Bivens’s proven reliability and diverse skill set as our Quality Assurance Manager, strategically positions Franklin County SB40 Resource Board for an exceptionally bright future. We are confident this new approach will help us serve you even more effectively.
